Genshin Impact Leak Reveals Four Upcoming Character Releases
Genshin Impact's Upcoming 5-Star Character Roster: Leaks Reveal Mizuki and More
Recent leaks have unveiled exciting details about Genshin Impact's upcoming character releases, adding to the anticipation surrounding updates 5.4 through 5.7. Version 5.3 has already introduced Mavuika and Citlali, alongside the upcoming 4-star Lan Yan for the Lantern Rite Festival.
However, the recent Special Program hinted at four yet-to-be-revealed characters. A trustworthy leaker, DK2, has shed light on these enigmatic figures, revealing their release order and rarity. These four characters, all 5-star, are slated for release in versions 5.7, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6 respectively.
Mizuki: A 5-Star Anemo Catalyst User Arriving in Version 5.4
The spotlight shines on Mizuki, the second character revealed by the leak, poised to debut in Version 5.4. Beta testing confirms Mizuki's 5-star Anemo catalyst user status, originating from Inazuma. This suggests a potential return to the popular Inazuma storyline, a common pattern for HoYoverse, revisiting previously introduced regions four to five updates after a new nation's launch.
Mizuki's leaked gameplay showcases a support role, maximizing Elemental Mastery. Early footage indicates strong synergy with the recently released Mavuika, the Pyro Archon. Assuming a first-banner appearance in 5.4, players can anticipate Mizuki's arrival around mid-February. The lack of other 5-star characters in the current beta further strengthens the likelihood of Mizuki being the sole 5-star addition in Version 5.4.
The upcoming months promise a flurry of exciting new characters, keeping the Genshin Impact experience vibrant and engaging.
