Dead Cells Launches Its Two Final Free Updates on Android

The era of free updates for *Dead Cells* is drawing to a close, but don't worry—the game itself is far from dead! Since its launch in 2018, *Dead Cells* has been a gift that keeps on giving with regular content updates. Now, we're approaching the end of this incredible journey with the final updates for *Dead Cells Mobile*, titled "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near," both available on Android.

What’s in Store?

These last updates are bringing a mix of excitement and a bit of a curse to the game. You can get your hands on four new weapons, including the intriguing giant Sewing Scissors and the lethal Misericorde sword. The Misericorde delivers massive critical damage to enemies with less than half health, but there's a catch: if you don't finish them off, you get cursed.

Another addition is Anathema, a heavy-ranged weapon that not only explodes on impact but also curses you if it hits anything. There's also a new skill, Indulgence, which unleashes a powerful beam of light to deal massive damage and can even clear some of your curses.

Dive into new game modes like Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY for a fresh challenge. Plus, there are 40 new heads to customize your character, and an NPC who allows you to swap them at will.

New Mutations and Enemies Too

The final updates also introduce new mutations to enhance your gameplay. With Cursed Flask, you can use your health flask without consuming a charge. Damned Vigor gives you a few seconds to kill an enemy and save yourself from death, while Demonic Strength boosts your damage when you're cursed.

As for the new enemies, be wary of the Sore Loser, which sticks to you and curses you upon its demise. The Curser unleashes guided cursed skulls and slashes at you if you get too close. And beware the Doom Bringer, who can kill you outright if she stacks more than 50 curses on you.

Don't miss out on these final updates for *Dead Cells*. Head over to the Google Play Store to experience all the new content while it's still fresh. And while you're at it, keep an eye out for our next news on the Adventure RPG *The Tale of Food* shutdown.
