Blizzard Unveils Comprehensive WoW Housing Details

World of Warcraft's highly anticipated housing system is slated for a 2025 release, with Blizzard unveiling initial details. The developers assure players that homes will be accessible to everyone, regardless of subscription status, and without the usual hurdles of high costs or lotteries. This feature is set to debut with the Midnight expansion.
Initially, players can select a plot in one of two distinct zones: Alliance players will find homes in a region blending Elwynn Forest with elements of Westfall and Duskwood, while Horde players will choose from a Durotar area incorporating aspects of Azshara and the Durotar coastline.
Each zone is subdivided into districts, each accommodating approximately 50 homes. Players can opt for a standalone property or join a private community with friends or guild members. Extensive customization options are promised, with most items obtainable in-game, and some available through the shop.
Blizzard highlights three core principles guiding the housing system's design: extensive personalization, robust social interaction, and enduring appeal. Further details are promised in the future, and players are encouraged to share their feedback.
