What is OVpay?

OVpay is a collaborative initiative by all public transport carriers in the Netherlands, including Arriva, Connexxion, EBS, GVB, HTM, Keolis, NS, Qbuzz, RET, and Transdev, in partnership with Translink and Dutch banks. This app is an integral part of the OVpay system, which now allows you to check in and out not only with your traditional 'OV-chipkaart' but also with your debit card, credit card, or mobile phone.
