OPL DTC Reader

The OPL DRC Reader app is your go-to solution for reading OBDII Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) in Opel, Vauxhall, and Chevrolet vehicles equipped with CAN BUS (HS-CAN) systems, specifically those manufactured after 2004. This specialized app is tailored to enhance your diagnostic experience by providing detailed information on your vehicle's health.

For Opel / Vauxhall models, the app supports:

• Insignia
• Astra J
• Astra H - Engine Module Only
• Vectra C / Signum - Engine Module Only
• Others - not tested

For Chevrolet models, compatibility includes:

• Orlando
• Cruze - not tested
• Others - not tested

Additionally, the app may work with other GM brand vehicles, though these have not been tested.

The OPL DRC Reader app not only reads and lists DTC errors but also provides access to vital vehicle information such as the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Engine Code, and more. It interfaces with various modules including:

• Engine Control Module (ECU)
• Body Control Module (BCM)
• Transmission Control Module (TCM)

Moreover, the app can read mileage from certain modules, a feature available in select vehicles.

CAUTION: To ensure optimal performance, the app requires a compatible ELM327 Bluetooth interface, at least version 1.3. Be aware that the application may not function properly with lower quality ELM327 clones.
