Unova's Tour Pass Unveiled for Pokemon GO Event

Pokemon GO's Unova Event Unveils New Tour Pass
Get ready for the upcoming Pokemon GO Tour: Unova! A new Tour Pass, available from February 24th to March 9th, offers exciting rewards and challenges. This pass builds on the success of previous Pokemon GO Tours, celebrating specific regions and introducing new Pokemon and features.
This year's Unova-themed event features Gen 5 Pokemon in the wild, raids, and eggs. Past GO Tours have included Kanto (2021), introducing shiny Mew and Ditto, and Sinnoh (2024), featuring special Pikachu variants and Origin Forme Dialga and Palkia.
The free Tour Pass allows players to earn Tour Points by completing daily tasks, catching Pokemon, participating in raids, and hatching eggs. Reaching milestones unlocks rewards like candy and stickers, culminating in a special Zorua encounter. All rewards expire on March 9th at 6 pm local time.
For a premium experience, a $14.99 Deluxe Tour Pass (available from February 24th, 10 am to March 2nd, 6 pm local time) offers all free pass rewards, plus a Mythical Victini encounter and a Lucky Trinket. This unique item guarantees a Lucky Friend trade, resulting in a Lucky Pokemon and resetting the Lucky Friend status. A Deluxe Pass with 10 pre-unlocked ranks is also available for $19.99. Deluxe Pass rewards, including the Lucky Trinket, also expire on March 9th at 6 pm local time.
The Unova GO Tour promises an unforgettable experience, including the debut of Kyurem (Black and White forms) via fusion, mirroring Necrozma's debut in last year's event. Shiny Meloetta will also make its appearance via ticketed Masterwork Research. The Tour Pass adds another layer of excitement to this highly anticipated event.
