HoYoVerse is making waves with back-to-back announcements! Following the Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6 preview, details on Honkai Impact 3rd version 7.8 have been revealed.

Planetary Rewind: Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8

Launching October 17th, version 7.8 introduces new battlesuits, events, and a plethora of rewards. Vita receives a new MECH-type Lightning DMG battlesuit, Lone Planetfarer.

Lone Planetfarer boasts a striking peacock feather-adorned Drive Core and two distinct forms: Lone Traveler, utilizing elegant feathered loop attacks, and Planet Quaker, unleashing powerful laser beams upon activating the [ULT] ability. She's also protected by Astral Ring Specialization: Rite of Oblivion. The Divine Key Waxing Moon and its PRI-ARM, Divine Key Waxing Moon: Incipience, are also included.

Honkai Impact 3rd Version 7.8 Storyline: The First and Last War

The main story, "The First and Last War," transports players back a century to Langqiu during the Ten Shus War, featuring Vita, Dreamseeker, Helia, and Coralie. Rewards include Crystals, Source Prisms, Seele's event stigma, and a new Dreamweaver outfit.

Returning features include HOHO Vacation Tickets and the permanent addition of LITE Combat to the Elysian Realm. A celebratory event starting October 11th offers free Equipment Supply Cards and Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupons.
