Pokémon Go is bringing back the Bug Out event with Sizzlipede’s debut this time
Get ready for the *Pokémon Go* Bug Out event, running from March 26th to 30th! This event introduces Sizzlipede and its evolution, Centiskorch, alongside a flurry of Bug-type Pokémon. Expect exciting wild encounters, challenging raids, boosted rewards, and new tasks to complete.
Lure Modules will be key during the Bug Out event. Not only will they attract Sizzlipede, but using multiple Lure Modules at a PokéStop will significantly increase the number of Pokémon appearing. Trainers will also enjoy 2x XP and extra Candy for Nice Throws or better, with increased Candy XL chances for those level 31 and above. Shiny hunters have increased odds of encountering Shiny Wurmple and Shiny Venipede.
Prepare for a Bug-type invasion in the wild! Expect frequent appearances from Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, Nincada, Venipede, Dwebble, Joltik, Grubbin, Dewpider, Nymble, and even the rare Cutiefly.

Raids will feature Sizzlipede in one-star raids alongside Scyther and Nincada, while Beedrill, Scizor, and Kleavor take over three-star raids. Complete event-themed Field Research tasks for Mega Energy, Scatterbug Candy, and encounters with event Pokémon.
Don't miss the free Timed Research with encounters featuring Shedinja, Sizzlipede, Kleavor, and a Lure Module. For even more rewards, a paid Timed Research option (approximately $2 or local equivalent) offers Heracross, Sizzlipede, and Kleavor encounters, two Premium Battle Passes, and an extra Lure Module.
New Collection Challenges await, rewarding Stardust, XP, and Pokémon encounters. PokéStop Showcases will highlight event Pokémon. And finally, grab the new Sizzlipede Boots and Scolipede Jacket from the in-game shop!
