PlayStation State of Play Announced for Tomorrow, February 12

Sony has announced a PlayStation State of Play stream scheduled for tomorrow, February 12th, at 2 PM Pacific / 5 PM Eastern / 10 PM UK. This over 40-minute broadcast, available in English and Japanese, will air on the official PlayStation YouTube and Twitch channels.

While specific game announcements remain undisclosed, the PlayStation Blog teases "a creative and unique selection of exciting games from studios around the world." Many anticipate updates on highly anticipated titles. A deeper look at Sucker Punch's Ghost of Tsushima and a release date for Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2: On the Beach are high on many wish lists.

Following last week's PlayStation Store leak, an official Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater release date trailer is also a strong possibility.

While news on Insomniac's Wolverine or Naughty Dog's Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet might be premature, other promising reveals are anticipated. Phantom Blade Zero, an exclusive action RPG from Chinese studio S-Game, featuring impressive sword combat, is highly anticipated. Similarly, Bungie's Marathon and Haven's Fairgames, intriguing multiplayer shooters, are likely to garner significant attention following Sony's handling of the Concord situation.

With March marking the 10th anniversary of Bloodborne, a special announcement related to the game isn't out of the realm of possibility. Furthermore, speculation continues about potential surprises, including the possibility of Halo finally arriving on PlayStation consoles.
