Primarily, Golden Rations are obtained through exploration and cycle resets. During your runs, keep an eye out for chest icons on the map. These chests often contain resources for upgrades, and some hold Golden Rations (indicated by the Golden Ration icon above the chest). Areas marked with Prism icons (golden diamond) frequently have nearby Golden Ration chests.

Alternatively, cycle resets offer a reliable method. A cycle represents a single Overgrowth run, resetting when your revives (Rez count) reach zero. After depletion, you can retry the map (losing some resources) or fully reset the cycle at the Cursed Outpost. Successful cycle resets, based on your performance score, reward Golden Rations upon ranking up.
