Recently, they announced on Discord that a select group of 100 volunteer testers are currently putting it through its paces. Recruitment has now closed, signaling the mode is nearing completion.

While details are scarce, expect a difficulty level reminiscent of the original Kingdom Come: Deliverance's hardcore mode. That mode famously limited saves, cranked up enemy damage, made navigation a true test of wits, slashed gold rewards, and even introduced punishing negative perks. Expect Deliverance 2's hardcore mode to build upon and intensify these elements.

Testers are sworn to secrecy, with strict confidentiality agreements preventing them from sharing screenshots or videos. However, their involvement strongly suggests an official announcement and release date are imminent.
