Reddit user Medkit-OW, on December 26th, 2024, identified Citlali's residence. A specific scene in her YouTube teaser, showcasing her reading by the light of a partially opened door, revealed a distinctive cliffside view within Natlan's landscape.

After meticulously searching the Tezcatepetonco Range, Medkit-OW successfully pinpointed the location south of the Masters of the Night-Wind. This discovery was shared on Reddit, with speculation that it might be a lucky spot for wishing on Citlali's banner.

While in-game location doesn't impact character pull rates, many players on the Reddit thread expressed the sentimental value of wishing for a character near a location significant to them. Several players shared their strategies for maximizing their chances of obtaining Citlali and Mavuika, another upcoming character.

Citlali's house is currently accessible in-game, but interaction and entry remain unavailable. Players have also noted that the graffiti depicted on her door in the teaser video is not yet present in the live game.

Citlali and Mavuika will be featured in the game's banner from January 1st, 2025 to January 21st, 2025, coinciding with the release of Version 5.3 Phase 1.
