Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, helpful entities granting players items or abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive, is found only on the new Chapter 6 map in Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Ranked modes.

Earth Sprite Locations:

The Earth Sprite has approximately two dozen potential spawn points, indicated by a solitary lantern. However, only two appear per match. Locating one requires checking multiple potential spots.

Giving Weapons to the Earth Sprite:

Finding the Sprite is the challenge. Once located, interact with it (using the interact button). This will relinquish your currently held weapon, replacing it with a random Legendary weapon, completing the Week 1 Quest and awarding 25,000 XP. While time-consuming, the reward of a high-rarity weapon makes it worthwhile.
