Launching April 25th, 2025, Days Gone Remastered offers a $10 upgrade path for existing PS4 owners. A comprehensive trailer showcasing these improvements is available. This release marks another step in Sony's initiative to bring enhanced PS4 titles to the PS5 audience, joining other upgraded games such as The Last of Us Part I and Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered.

PC players aren't left out. While Days Gone is already available on PC, Sony is offering the "Broken Roads" DLC ($10) which unlocks the new modes, accessibility features, DualSense support (if applicable), and the enhanced photo mode for PC users.

A PlayStation.Blog post delves deeper into the improvements. Bend Studio highlights the PS5-optimized visuals, selectable between Performance and Quality modes, and further enhanced visuals and DualSense features (haptic feedback and adaptive triggers) for PS5 Pro users.

The PS5 version of Days Gone Remastered will retail for $49.99. Pre-orders begin tomorrow, offering eight PSN avatars and five early in-game unlocks as pre-order bonuses. For a complete summary of the State of Play announcements, refer to this link.
