Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall navigating a toxic gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and subsequent hallucinations. After the cutscene, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination-induced). Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). More zombies appear in the A.C.R. room.

A mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook. Use explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend to the main facility. Locate the Administration Facility (grapple from the security desk). Answer the phone; you need to place four documents in the file display area.

While collecting documents (desk corner, left side near round table, center table, cafe near sink), mannequins will pursue. Sprint and maintain distance. After placing the documents, grapple the attacking red mannequin repeatedly until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeat it to obtain the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone. Locate the glass chamber; interacting with the Blue Card spawns a Mimic. Shoot moving objects to lure it out and eliminate it. Collect the Blue Card.

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, and climb the ladders. Clear the zombies and unlock the door using the blacklight code. Activate the console, draining the water within 25 seconds (switches are in the initial room, the unlocked room, and an area accessible via grappling hook). Defeat the Mangler and its horde to get the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone. Eliminate the zombies and the Disciple in the BioTech room. The subsequent cinematic reveals the events as a hallucination.
