The Patch 8 stress test update addresses various bugs, crashes, and scripting errors. It also includes a fix for Gale's interaction with magical items. This update is only available to those participating in the stress test. Players not involved will need to wait for the full Patch 8 release.

Improvements in this update include: persistent container contents after destruction, improved Steam Deck Photo Mode screenshotting, more responsive character poses, enhanced cross-play functionality, updated Booming Blade tooltip values, and several crash fixes. Apply post-processing effects, stickers, and frames to personalize your creations. Note that during dialogues and cutscenes, only post-processing effects are available.
