AFK Journey's "Chains of Eternity" Update: A Wintry Wonderland of Mystery and Thrills

Lilith Games' Farlight Games has released a seasonal update for AFK Journey, titled "Chains of Eternity," immersing players in a snowy realm brimming with intrigue, suspense, and exciting challenges.

Unlocking the Chains of Eternity

The Snowspire Festival has transformed Cedartown in the Duchy of Whiteridge, but beneath the festive façade lies a dark secret. This season unfolds a narrative of friendship, betrayal, and redemption, infused with a thrilling horror element.

Access to "Chains of Eternity" is granted to servers active for at least 35 days. Players must reach Level 240, possess the Hands of Resonance, and complete the New Journey storyline to unlock this chilling adventure.

New Additions and Returning Content

Upon unlocking the content, a quest in Holistone initiates the new "Shattered Loop" storyline. The update introduces Elijah & Lailah, the Celestial Twins, powerful new heroes obtainable via the Stargaze Station and Guild Store.

The previously released "Waves of Intrigue" season makes a return, accessible from January 20th onwards in Peaks of Time mode after completing "The Last Leg" quest. This allows players to revisit the storyline, gather map resources, and resume progress from where they left off, retaining their Fish Collection progress and Rustport Fishing Level.
