Getting started with Urent is a breeze:

• Download the app and register in just a few minutes. All you need is a phone number and a bank card.
• Locate the nearest e-scooter or bike using the in-app map.
• Unlock your ride by scanning the QR code on the wheel, select your preferred tariff plan, and hit "Start."
• To ride, simply push off and use the gas lever on the right side of the wheel.
• When you're done, find one of the hundreds of parking lots to lock your scooter and end your rental.
• Always keep an eye on the scooter's charge to ensure you can complete your trip on time.

Urent offers a multi-rent feature, allowing you to take up to five scooters and/or bikes per account by scanning their QR codes. This is perfect for group adventures or family outings.

With the booking and standby mode, you can reserve a bike or e-scooter in advance, and it will be held for you for 10 minutes. If you need to step away during your rental, you can place your e-scooter in standby mode, keeping it locked and secure while your rental time continues.
