The Iași Bilet app simplifies Iași public transport. This travel portal, developed by the Iași Public Transport Company, offers a range of features to streamline your journey.

Key features include:

• Ticket Purchase: Buy tickets using your bank card.
• Route Planning: Calculate the best route, viewing real-time bus, tram, and trolleybus locations on a map.
• Transport Card Management: Manage multiple transport cards, reload e-wallets, purchase or renew subscriptions, and view transaction history.
• Subsidized Profiles: Users eligible for subsidies can apply directly through the app by uploading supporting documents. Approved users can then purchase discounted or free tickets.
• Account Management: Legal entities collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the app or web portal.
• Notifications: Receive notifications about ticket expiry or other card actions via device or email.
• Real-time Tracking: Track vehicle locations to find the optimal route, including walking directions to nearby stops, predicted arrival times, and estimated travel times.
• Favorites: Save frequently used locations and lines for quicker access. Receive alerts about disruptions affecting your saved lines.
• Line Information: View complete or partial routes, see which lines serve a specific station and their arrival times (next three arrivals shown), and locate ticket sales points with their operating hours.
• Multilingual Support: Available in Romanian and English.
