Ford Mobile Vehicle Diagnostics: DiagNow
Ford DiagNow offers streamlined diagnostic capabilities in a lightweight package, allowing quick troubleshooting without needing a full scan tool and laptop.
With the Ford DiagNow app, you can:
- Decode VINs: Instantly access detailed model information from the Vehicle Identification Number.
- Diagnose and Clear Trouble Codes: Read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) across all vehicle electronic control modules.
- Monitor Live Data: Access real-time data parameters from your vehicle.
- Network Monitoring: Perform live vehicle network monitoring for comprehensive diagnostics.
- Key Programming & Factory Code Retrieval: Program keys and retrieve factory keyless entry codes* (currently available for most 2010+ Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles; more vehicles supported soon).
- Access Service Bulletins: View relevant service bulletins and messages for DTCs identified.
Compatible with 2010 and newer Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles.
Requirements:
- A valid Ford Dealer or Ford Motorcraft account with an active Ford DiagNow subscription.
- A Ford VCM Lite interface is required for vehicle diagnostic functions.
