In the year 2XXX, Earth is ravaged by a mysterious virus that triggers a bizarre affliction scientists dub the "zombie" condition. This pathogen causes severe mutation in humans, transforming them into mindless zombies of varying sizes. These infected beings are fiercely drawn to noise and the scent of human blood.

Players assume the role of survivors in this post-apocalyptic landscape. To protect their cherished home and fellow survivors, they must establish a fortified base with multiple defensive layers. Strategic deployment of defense towers is crucial to reinforce their stronghold and ensure its safety.

At the outset of each level, players are presented with the battlefield—an 8x8 grid—and the predetermined route monsters will take. Players must utilize wall fragments shaped like puzzle pieces to forge a new path, forcing enemies to traverse through the line of fire from defensive towers. The ultimate objective is to defend the home base from all monster assaults.

The home base is situated at a fixed location in every level. Players can position the puzzle pieces anywhere on the grid, provided they leave at least one empty space in each row.

Every level consists of 6 waves of monsters. Initially, players select one of two tower cards. This chosen card then appears alongside the available puzzle pieces. Players must place these cards on the grid before commencing the level. Following each wave, players can select additional cards, which include two types of tower cards and one stat card. The stat card enhances all defensive towers, while the new tower cards are added to the player's arsenal.
