In this oppressive totalitarian State, every aspect of life is controlled. Laws are stringent, surveillance is pervasive, and privacy is extinct. As the State-appointed manager of an apartment building, your primary role is to make it a welcoming environment for tenants. However, your true mission is far more sinister.

Your job is to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS! You must covertly monitor them, bug their apartments when they're absent, search their belongings for any threats to the State, and compile detailed profiles for your superiors. It's your duty to report any suspicious activities or potential subversive actions to the authorities.

Beholder is a game where every choice you make has significant consequences.

How will you use the information you gather? Will you report a father's illegal actions, orphaning his children, or keep silent to give him a chance to correct his ways? Alternatively, you might choose to blackmail him for the money your family desperately needs.
