Application Description
Ayushman is the official mobile application developed by the Government of India, designed to revolutionize healthcare accessibility for its citizens. Under the umbrella of Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY), this flagship initiative aims to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatments. It collaborates with empanelled public and private hospitals to offer comprehensive coverage to over 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families across the nation.
The National Health Authority (NHA) serves as the apex body responsible for implementing the Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY. With the launch of the Ayushman app, beneficiaries now have the convenience of creating their "Ayushman card" directly through the app, enabling them to access free treatment up to INR 5 Lakhs.
We are excited to announce the official launch of this mobile application, which not only empowers beneficiaries to manage their Ayushman card but also promises to extend further benefits of PM-JAY in the near future.
