INTRODUCTION

Dark Blue Dungeon is a text-based, turn-based combat RPG. A perilous quest awaits, where only your choices can carve a path to the final battle. Various challenges—combat encounters, puzzles, and mini-games—will mark your journey. Your greatest asset will be your strategic thinking.

Inspired by tabletop role-playing games, you'll face numerous narrative choices. Your resolve will be tested by a variety of medieval fantasy enemies—such as goblins, orcs, cyclopes, and dragons—each with unique strengths and weaknesses, including formidable boss foes.

To overcome your enemies, you can optimize your equipment, spells, and attacks. In combat, spell and attack success is determined by rolling up to a 16-sided die.

STORY

A fragile peace between two rival kingdoms is shattered following the discovery of legendary amulets.

The fate of the smaller kingdom appears sealed, but the conflict takes a dramatic turn when its king unleashes the amulets' mysterious power. The smaller kingdom emerges victorious, and its king ascends as ruler of the world.

However, the kingdom's apparent stability crumbles when the king is betrayed and subsequently defeated.

Where are the amulets now? Who has taken them? The boldest adventurers now embark on a quest with an uncertain outcome: a meaningless death, or the power to establish their own reign using the amulets' might.

An enigmatic man tasks you with a mission: defeat the dragon that has just driven him from his dungeon. Do you dare enter the Dark Blue Dungeon and confront its dangers and mysteries? Can you triumph over the fearsome magic-devouring dragon? And what lies within the safe so fiercely guarded by the winged beast?

Beware—never open that safe; the dungeon master has warned you!
